The Assisted Living Program supports high-risk seniors who require continuous support to remain safe and independent in their own homes. Services include personal care, housekeeping, and emergency response, ensuring clients receive comprehensive and responsive support

Referrals are received through Ontario Health@ home via the Health Partner Gateway (HPG).
